They helped source a suitable carpet that was in stock and could be cut and fitted quickly for a 4 storey staircase in Islington during a short void between tenants. The shop was extremely helpful in advising on the right kind of flooring for my needs - a kitchen diner. The surveyor who came to estimate was punctual, polite and gave further good advice.
